Timeframes of the service delivery regarding non-regulated claims services
The timeframes may vary between a couple of months regarding simple relinquishment process up to approximately 3 years in complex court cases where procedural issues are contested and the judgement issued is appealed.
Refund policy related to non-regulated claims services
According to the terms and conditions of the contract for services regarding non-regulated claims signed in the premises of the company, in case the clients decide to cancel the contract for services, no refund is applicable, unless ECC fails to provide the service.
Regarding the distance or off-premises contract for non-regulated claims services, a full refund is applicable if the consumer cancels within the 14 days cancellation period. If a consumer cancels the distance or off-premises contract for non-regulated claims services after the expiry of the cancellation period, no refund is applicable, unless ECC fails to provide the service.
Cancellation policy regarding non-regulated claims services
The consumer may cancel a distance or off-premises contract for non-regulated claims services at any time within the 14 days cancellation period without giving any reason.
